Buying Items: Browse through the shop (opens in a new window) and once you see an item you want select the option if available then click on the add to cart button, this will take you to the view cart page where you can click on another category to continue to shop or proceed to checkout.
Payment: Currently I only accept payment via paypal in GBP (British Pounds) but the good news is you don't need a paypal account to pay this way, you can also pay by credit or debit card. Paying by paypal is safe and secure.
Postage / Shipping Costs: For buyers in the UK items are sent first class recorded and p&p is £2.50 for as many items as you want. For Buyers outside the UK items are sent first class airmail international signed for and p&p is £4.50 for as many items as you want.
Recorded delivery and International Signed for require a signature on delivery.
Delivery Time: I post all items within 3 working days, if this isn't possible I'll let you know asap! Delivery within the UK normally takes a few days but please allow up to 14 days. International orders normally take 7-10 days from the date of your order but please allow up to 21 days. If your order arrives damaged or not at all, please let me know and I'll do my best to help.
Prices: All prices are correct at time of purchase although I reserve the right to change prices and postage costs without prior notice. This will not affect confirmed orders. All prices are in GBP - British Pounds. For currency conversion please visit here: www.xe.com
Personal Information: All personal info is used solely to fulfil the order you place with Rock N Retro and all personal info will not be passed on to third parties.
Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please email me within 1 week of receiving your item(s) Once contact has been made items can then be returned in their original, un-used condition within 14 days of shipping date. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and the cost of this is non refundable. Once item(s) have been received a refund will be made via paypal, into the account used to pay for the item(s)
